Shipping details
We offer same day delivery to customers located in the Sydney metro and wider Sydney region.
Order before 11:30am AEDT, excluding weekends and public holidays. Review your address at checkout to see if you are eligible.
Please note that our same day courier service cannot deliver to a PO Box.
We aim to have orders packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express to New Zealand, United States, Canada and UK. For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes - This includes your country's GST or VAT fees.
These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment of these fees. If the fees are not paid, your parcel may be returned to us. The original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
