We offer same day delivery to customers located in the Sydney metro and wider Sydney region. 

Order before 11:30am AEDT, excluding weekends and public holidays. Review your address at checkout to see if you are eligible.

Please note that our same-day courier service cannot deliver to PO Boxes and is not available for pre-order items.

We aim to have orders packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

We ship all international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) basis from Sydney, Australia. This means you’ll see and pay any relevant duties and taxes at checkout – no surprise fees on delivery.

While we always aim to get your BENNI pieces to you quickly, international shipments may experience occasional delays due to customs or carrier disruptions.
