We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not, please head to our Returns Portal to request a return. If you have any trouble, please contact us at hello@benni.com.au.
RETURN POLICY
Full-Priced items purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange. This includes items bought at full price but with promotional codes applied at checkout, such as the 10% off introductory discount or any other promotional codes (e.g. AFTERPAY20).
Sale Items are only eligible for a store credit or exchange, unless deemed faulty by our team. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
International Customers are eligible for a refund or store credit. Sale items can only be returned for a store credit.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel to process a return. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender.
For your return to be accepted, all items must be:
1. Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
2. Have all tags still attached
3. Taken to the post office within 5 business days of your return being approved
We are unable to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.
BENNI cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
COST OF RETURN
Australia: $10 return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. Express shipping is complimentary on your new exchange order.
New Zealand: $20 return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. *We do not offer exchanges to NZ customers.
USA, Canada, UK: $30 return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. *We do not offer exchanges to international customers.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to 'hold' items for exchange orders. We recommend repurchasing your new style or size so you do not risk it being out-of-stock. Please contact our support team hello@benni.com.au for our Free Shipping code.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please head to our Returns Portal to lodge your faulty return. You will be required to give a brief description and images of the fault.
We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. BENNI reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the garment. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing fault, you will be offered a replacement item, refund or store credit.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5 business days from when your return is delivered back to our Australian warehouse for your return to be processed.
