Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order at hello@benni.com.au. If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. Customers will then need to create a return once the order is received. 

I forgot to add a promo code at checkout. Can I add to my existing order?

Unfortunately, once your payment has been processed, we are unable to make these changes.

Can I use more than one promo code at once?

No. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

How can I use Afterpay to shop?

At the checkout, select Afterpay as your payment option and click 'complete order'. You will be redirected to the Afterpay portal where you can either login with an existing Afterpay account or create a new one.

I have a faulty or incorrect item. What do I do?

If you receive an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@benni.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the fault and photos or videos of the garment and we will be in contact with next steps.
