ORDERS & SHIPPING

We offer a 10% off code on first purchases when you sign up to our newsletter and join the BENNI community. To redeem the discount, apply the code at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Australia. If you're ordering from outside the country, please note that any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For more details, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office. We’re required by law to declare the full value of your order and include an invoice with your shipment, should it be needed for clearance.

Once an order is placed, our warehouse begins processing it right away, so we can’t guarantee changes before shipment. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including your items and shipping details. If you need an urgent adjustment, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist. Once your order has left our premises, we’re unable to make any changes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

We aim to have your order packed and on its way within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. During busier periods like sales or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly delayed but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving swiftly.

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes across Australia. Just enter your PO Box address at checkout.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for Sydney Metro and the wider Sydney region. To be eligible, place your order before 11:30 am AEDT on a business day. If your address qualifies, the option will appear at checkout with a $30 delivery fee.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Yes, we offer returns on full-priced items for a refund or exchange. Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only. For more details, please read our full Returns Policy.

Please get in touch via email with your order number and a photo of the fault or incorrect item. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll organise a replacement or refund for you.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for our team to process it and for your refund or store credit to be issued.

GIFT CARDS & PROMO CODES

BENNI gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

When you're ready to check out, simply head to your cart and click Proceed to Checkout. You'll see a field to enter your gift voucher or promo code before completing your order.

Please note only one promo code can be used per order.

Yes, you can use both. Gift cards are a valid form of payment and can be used alongside a promo code at checkout.

PRODUCT

Yes, you can. Simply head to the product you’d like to purchase, select your preferred colour and size, and if it’s out of stock, a contact form will appear. Enter your details to be notified as soon as it’s back.

We release new collections at least once a month, with limited pieces that won’t stick around for long. Keep an eye on our socials and the Coming Soon page for updates on upcoming drops.

If something you love is out of stock, you can register your interest on the product page and you’ll be the first to know if and when it returns.
