We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and fair returns process.

RETURN YOUR ITEM

Full-Priced Items:
Full Priced Items are eligible for a refund or exchange, including items purchased using promotional codes (e.g., 10% welcome code, AFTERPAY20), as per the following return conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, returns requested outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The return is shipped back within 5 business days of receiving approval.

Sale / Marked-Down Items:
Sale items that are reduced in price and marked as sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.

Please note that if a full-price item is exchanged for a sale item, it cannot be returned.

New Zealand Orders:
Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit. Sale items can be returned for store credit only.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The return is shipped back within 5 business days of receiving approval.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.
  • BENNI. is not liable for any loss or damage to return parcels.
  1. Head to our Returns Portal to start your return request.
  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose whether you'd prefer a refund, store credit, or exchange (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a shipping label and instructions via email.
  4. Package your return securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel.
  5. Drop off your parcel within 5 business days of approval to avoid delays.

Australia:
$12 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit. Complimentary express shipping is provided for approved exchanges.

New Zealand:
$20 AUD return shipping fee applies. We are unable to offer exchanges for New Zealand orders at this time.

USA, Canada & UK:
$30 AUD return shipping fee applies. Exchanges are not available for international customers.

When you initiate an exchange online, a temporary authorisation hold is placed on your card to secure the exchange. This is not a permanent charge. This enables us to dispatch your new item immediately, even before you return the original.

Please ensure to return the original item via post within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original condition with all tags attached. Once received, please note the temporary hold can take 3–5 business days to return to your card depending on your bank or card provider.

If the return isn’t received within 14 days timeframe or in poor condition, the full amount of the new item will be charged to your card.

Please note that if a full-price item is exchanged for a sale item, the new sale item cannot be returned.

Received something you didn’t order? We’re so sorry! Please get in touch with us at hello@benni.com.au or via our Returns Portal, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

If you believe your item is faulty, please lodge a return via our Returns Portal, including a brief description and clear photos of the issue.

Items damaged from general wear and tear are not considered faulty. BENNI reserves the right to assess the fault and offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the outcome.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return reaches our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
