RETURN POLICY
Full-Priced items purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange. This includes items bought at full price but with promotional codes applied at checkout, such as the 10% off introductory discount or any other promotional codes (e.g. AFTERPAY20).
Sale / Marked-Down Items
Items that are reduced in price and marked as sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their parcel to request and process a return. Any items received outside of this timeframe will be returned to sender.
For your return to be accepted, all items must:
- Be unworn, unaltered and in original condition

Have all original tags still attached
- Be free from stains, marks, makeup, deodorant residue, or any odours

Be lodged at the post office within 5 business days of return approval
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
BENNI cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
COST OF RETURN
Australia: $12 return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. Express shipping is complimentary on your new exchange order.
New Zealand: $25 return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. *We do not offer exchanges to NZ customers.
EXCHANGES FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
Take advantage of our Instant Exchange service for a quicker and more seamless exchange process. When you initiate an exchange online, you can choose to provide your credit card details and authorize a temporary hold for the full amount. This enables us to dispatch your new item right away, even before you return the original.
Your replacement will be shipped immediately—just be sure to return the original item via post within 14 days. If the return isn’t received within this timeframe, the full amount of the new item will be charged to your card.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please head to our Returns Portal to lodge your faulty return. You will be required to give a brief description and images of the fault.
We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. BENNI reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the garment. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing fault, you will be offered a replacement item, refund or store credit.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5 business days from when your return is delivered back to our Australian warehouse for your return to be processed.
